but, like everyday of the week, I am looking to find out what you are making for dinner. I am using these for 2 selfish reasons... 1. So my husband isnt eating the same stuff all the time and 2. so I can 'blog' your ideas!! I love hearing what everyone is 'doing for dinner'. Thanks for helping me :)

I think tonight it'll be tequila chicken over linguine.
Red onion, red & green bell pepper, saute in butter. (Start pasta water and add pasta when it boils, don't forget to salt the water.)Remove peppers & onions from pan and throw in sliced chicken breast. Cook until no longer pink, add 2 cloves crushed garlic & the tequila. Cook off alcohol -3 minutes.Add a couple ounces of cream and cook until thickened. Place pepper-onion mix back in pan. Salt & pepper to taste. If you're brave, add a diced chipoltle pepper (in the mexican/ethinic isle - they come canned) Serve over linguine and with a slice of french bread. Enjoy!

Tonight it's homemade hamburgers (with garlic, ketchup, black pepper, worcestershire sauce, and just a little bit of Lipton Savory Herb & Garlic Soup Mix added to the meat before cooking) with corn on the cob.

I'm making pork chops cooked in the oven in cream of chicken soup, mashed potatoes, green beans, and slices of french bread. The cream of chicken soup makes a great gravey for the chops and potatoes and you can use the bread to "mop" it up.

It is Saturday and I am very busy this afternoon. On the way home I am stopping at the corner taco shop and will pick up rolled tacos, beans and rice for dinner.
