Move on. If you don't respect her, how can you possibly love her? How can you possibly hear her feelings when she talks and act on what she says? Her words have to have meaning to you for the communication to be effective in the relationship.
You will both be unhappy in the long run if you stay together.

If there is some nugget of relationship that is worth saving, you need to ask yourself if you even CAN respect her (ie is the problem she is just inherently stupid? does she simply have some habit of lifestyle thing that might change if she knew it completely undermined your perception of her?). If you think this can be fixed, and you want to save the relationship for your own sake (not hers) you need to tell her what is on your mind and probably set up an appointment with a counselor.
