This may sound crazy, but I started eating chick fila chicken biscuit for breakfast, and I would throw away the bigger side of the biscuit. Instead of the fries I would get a small fruit and a sweet ice tea. For lunch I would go to sonic and get their grilled chicken salad (fatfree italian dressing) and a route 44 water. Then I would eat a healthy choice frozen dinner around 6pm. Go to bed at 9pm. Up at 6:30 and do it all over again.
I don't know how much I lost, but I I did lose an inch in my waist and I went from an XL to L in about 6 weeks.
Now here are some sticking points. This is an expensive way to eat. You want to use the coupons that chic fila gives you, and the ones that come with the healthy choice dinners. Try to find them on sale and then use the coupon.
Also, a BIG point to make here is eating a small dinner 3 hours before bed. The fastest way to get fat is to eat and go to bed. Your body does not process food when your lying down. It just tuns to a clump of goo and it is stored.
And it would be beneficial to go walking at least once around the block, or ride your bike. Do something, anything but lay down!
What this diet does:
Cuts Breads
Cuts softdrinks
Gets water in your body
Cuts Sugars
Gives lot's of veggies
Cuts salt
Gives your body time to digest before bed
You get some excercise
Added bonus: Healthy Choice dinners have a desert. It doesn't hurt, eat it!
Avoid:
Softdrinks, candy, snacks, too much meat, salt, sweets.
It was hard to adapt, it took me 5 days to get use to the program. I did this mon-fri. On sat and sun I found other stuff to eat. No breakfast cause I would sleep late. And a small lunch, sandwich and then go out to eat on sat night (go early). Sun, no breakfast. Small lunch, Sun. night cook a home style meal.

I think the best foods to eat are a lot of fruits and vegetables. It doesn't matter what you fill up on. So why not fill up on something that's low calorie. That way you won't eat as much of the fattening foods. Also, You probably already know this but drink a lot of water. Sometimes when I'm hungry, I'm really just thirsty. So I'll drink a glass of water and I won't be hungry for that craving anymore. Try it, might help a little!! Also try to exercise about 30 minutes 3-5 times a week. Wear a pedometer, this can really help also!!! Good Luck!!!

Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk.

A lot of people think that just eating fruits and veggies is good for you to lose weight. Yes, you will lose weight, but you will lose muscle IF you don't eat the correct amount of protein. You must eat protein to lose the weight safely and effectively. If you would like some good for you protein the go to http://www.NewHealth123.com

Fruits that have lots of water like watermelons, cucumbers, grapes, and melons, and drink lots of water! The reason why they help you to loose weight is becuase they have so much water they make you want to go to the bathroom a lot and the more you expell the more weight you loose, but make sure you keep a balanced diet, and exercise. If you don't keep a balance weight, when you've lost all the weight you wanted to loose all that weight is going to come back really fast, and it's going to be really easy for you to gain more weight!

Stay away from processed, high fat, high carb and high calorie as much as possible. Negative calorie foods are the best (meaning you burn more calories than you consume eating them). My favorites are baby carrots, fresh peppers (bell, yellow, red), celery, mushrooms, all cold of course. You can snack on them slowly in front of the tv or at your desk at work with no mess, no worries.

Fruits and veegies are the first choice. avoid mangoes, jackfruit and chickkoos. avoid potatoes and all other root vegetables.
You can take poultry and fish. But do not use oil while cooking them, either roast, steam or boil.
Take whole grains. oats and soya also helps.
Avoid, white bread, pastas and rice.

Whole grains, vegetable, and fruit. You can cut back on meat and substitute nuts or beans. Nonfat milk or calcium fortified juice for your dairy - no need for cheese or any other dairy product after that. Good Luck!

Avoid sugar as much as possible, also greasy or fatty foods. The big secret to loosing weight or not gaining weight is to eat less. Food makes fat - - - less food, less fat. You can't starve while you're fat.
