When you go from daker to lighter, you are removing natural pigment unless you already have color on your hair.. The reason is because the application was uneven. If you use a lighter color all over the head, it should solve your problem. But if you already have color, you will need to do a bleach wash (hair bleach in shampoo) for about 10 minutes. This will slightly remove some of the darker color.

please do not do that because if u mess up this time we cant help correct it unfortunately u need to wait it out 2weeks b4 u recolor hair and at the time u need to deep condition u hair and u need to lighten your hair in a cool room which will help u because a hot room will make the color turn quicker and some areas will not get the results u desired or just goto a salon or a beauty school the students at the beauty school are great and the prices are great and this can be a lesson u can help them with once they start their carreers

First of all, you need a color remover. This is done at any Hair Styling spot. This will take out all of the color you have had in your hair. Then, just color it light brown.

WELL IT MIGHT BE YOUR BEST BET TO JUST GO TO A SALON AND TELL THEM THAT YOU MESSED UP YOUR HAIR COLOR AND TELL THEM HOW YOU WANT IT OR I WOULD HAVE SOMEONE ELSE REDIE YOU HAIR TRY A DARK BROWN TO COVER UP THE LIGHT BROWN AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET IT ALL IN QUCIKLY SO THAT IT WONT SPOT THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED
