Pink noses aren't altogether rare although it is less common to have an all pink nose than a slightly pink one It is simply a lack of pigmentation and on a puppy it may color in later in life. If it were on an older dog and had suddenly lost color it could be attributed to eating from plastic feeding bowls or lack of sunshine. Some breeds will tend to have a discolored nose (such as Chocolate Labs) and it's perfectly acceptable in the show ring. For others such as the Shetland Sheepdog the nose must be black or they are disqualified. As for what breeders favor it will depend on their breed standard as I outlined above.

if your looking at the color of the nose from a breeders standpoint the pink color would not be favored because breeder try to get the best standard version of that breed.

Well, they are an actual breed and can't be shown, so I can't imagine a "breeder" would favor either. There is no "breed standard" for a cockerpoo!!!!

It will turn black later most likely. Pups often have light color noses then they darken.
