There are several programs that wil allow you to create a Slideshow of JPG files.

However, most DVD players now play JPGs without any "converting" much like reading a hard drive...

Check your DVD player's manual, it will list what type of files it will read\display on it's own.

search 'convert jpeg to dvd'. There are many web sites giving the software. One I used was a trial software worked...http://www.x-kit.com/Convert-to-DVD.htm
