I have a pin up. And I'm ready to take out the weave. Its glued into my hair, and I don't know how to take the weave out without breaking off my hair in the front.{Thats where the weave is.} I want to know, What should I do to take out the weave without losing alot of my hair from the bonding glue? This is my first time wearing weave, well like this. And I don't want to mess up my hair. But, it needs to be taken down, NOW! And I don't know what to do. So can someone help me? I am only 14 and I really need to know how to take this stuff out of my hair. I can't go back to the shop where it was done because I don't have any money to pay for the taking out of my weave. So please can someone help me before I make a mess of my hair?

1st do u have any conditoner. 2nd do u have any olive oil or liquid cooking oil. if so get a cup/bowl mix any of the oil-conditioner together rub it on the weave until it comes loose you need to apply it and go sit down and watch tv while rubbing your hair gently with the solution and the tracks should start to loosen up so that u can gently pull them out and do not worry you will not go bald this is messy and just be gentle with your hair and be assured the oil will not harm your hair and if its olive oil its REALLY good for your hair and the other oil will give your hair nutrients also O i just noticed u said the front so a half of cup of conditioner and 1/2 cup of oil will do. Also do u have any oil sheen any kind will do if so this is a quick way just spray the Oil sheen on the track close to your scalp where the glue is and massage the hair gemtly and the weave will loosen up and u you will be able to pull it gently and it will come out and if u just have conditoner just apply it and massage close to the tracks back back and forth and this will loosen and it will come out all this if you just rub back and forth gently and presto it will come out w/o you going bald. bless u angel///// ANOTHER BLACK BEAUTY WHO DOES HAIR and remember everybody hair is different some people have damaged hair to begin with and then they add the glue then claim it damaged their hair and it will not my hair is 14inches long and since I refuse to dye it I add blonde tracks to give it color and its never done anything to my hair and but I take care of my hair with frequent deep oil/conditoner treatments

Well there's a couple of ways to make it healthier. The healthier, it is the faster it grows and the better it looks. 1-You could go to a salon and ask if they do hair treatments. Hair treatments is when they put a steam machine over your hair for 15minutes, then they wash your hair and brush it out. When they brush it out if it very important they brush from the root not only the ends. Then they massage your scalp with there fingers not there nails. You could go to the salon to do that or just do that yourself without the steam. 2-Another way is whenever you get spilt ends you trim them. When you get split ends it makes your hair stop growing, by trimming them it makes it grow stronger. 3-You could also cut done on using straighters, curling irons, blow dryers, these damage your hair anything with heat involved damages your hair which makes split ends. 4-When you finish washing your hair i know this might feel a little cold but your last rinse let it be with cold water. 5-When people brush there hair they never brush from the root. You should always brush your hair from the root this way it spreads the natural oils and makes the hair more healthier. 6-There are treatments you could buy that help make you hair stronger with less split ends. You could either buy them from a pharmacy or a hair salon(they usually have tones of these treatments to sell) 7- Mayonnaise: (Yes i know its smelly but it works) Wet your hair then apply the mayonnaise, let it sit for about 5minutes. Once that is done rinse it out and then wash your hair as you normally do with your shampoo and conditioner. Once done don't worry it won't smell like mayonnaise. Do this at least once a week. After the first session you will already notice a difference your hair will feel more healthier. 8-Egg yoke: Taking a shower with egg yoke and follow the same steps as above in the mayonnaise. 9- You could try extentions -Clip in ones wont damage your hair at all, but you might be scared that the clips will show. -If that's the case you could try the glue but those damage you hair a bit, because you glue it on the roots of your hair. -I wouldn't suggest weaving its painful and it makes your head feel heavy. YOU MIGHT HEAR OF CERTAIN HAIR PRODUCTS that make your hair grow faster, but i wouldn't suggest them they just end up damaging your hair in the long run and even could cause hair lost. I advice not to use them, AND GO WITH NATURAL WAYS.(Natural ways: the 9 ways i added above.) Depending on the person some peoples hair grows faster then others. Just remember the more you damage it the less it grows... The average person's hair grows 1/2inch/per month Good luck with growing your hair, Wish you all the best! Suggestion: Don't take the vitamins, do it naturally with the ways above.. Too many vitamins or the wrong ones could lead to health problems.

Glue In Weave

Don't freak out; work slowly and carefully. That's the most important thing, which is why I listed it first. Head over to your Sally Beauty Supply or nearest beauty supply house, and ask them for a product recommendation. As you're removing the weave, be patient, don't get upset, and work slowly or you will lose/damage a lot of hair. Start sleeping on a satin pillowcase--this will protect your hair in the future from getting snagged and snarled as you sleep.

I use to put that glue in my hair years ago but inturn it made my hair fall out badly, but the best way to take out the glue is with hair grease and warm water(dont try and perm your hair for at least a week after any glue, horrible results) work small amounts of grease in with the glue (dont spread the glue to other parts of the hair!) until it losens and slips right out then wash your hair throughly(about 2x or 3x) until all materials are out. if i was u i would condition it to soften your hair again. next time use a sewn in or a quick weave(the one that looks like a half wig that has combs in the inside that allows some of your own hair to show so you can style how you want to) because it last alot longer

Hair vitamins like Hair Formula 37, Viviscal, and Hairtopia really do work well. Also, just be super gentle with your hair and try to get it cut as little as possible.

You should put warm water where the weave is glued in and it should help loosen them up. Next time you should get your tracks sewn in they look better and eventually putting the glue in ones will make your hair fall out regardless.

Go to a beauty supply store, and ask them to tell you about products to remove bonding glue.
