For me, and I know this sounds, but I feel beauty is more than on the surface. It's how she treats others and conducts herself that makes her beautiful. I know a woman who's a close friend of mine, and I feel that she's the most beautiful woman I've ever known. Not only is she pretty on the surface, but she's the sweetest, kindest and most caring person I know! I truly feel blessed to have this beautiful woman in my life. So, long answer short, if your beauty emanates from the inside out, you will always be beautiful, and others will see that!

I think the way how her personality is projected on the outside is what makes her pretty. Something simple like what she is wearing, or how her pink shoes matches with her blazing red top, helps add to the look. If I have enough alocohol in me, I'll go up to her and tell her the truth ("I've noticed you for a while, and I must say you are absolutely gorgeous") Even during sober moments I can do this. But many guys are afraid of rejection, or that roll-of-the-eyes look that women sometimes give, that prevcents guys from passing comments.

What makes a girl pretty is first of all the opinion of the one observing her. There are different things that attract different folks. Personally I like a woman who likes the way she looks. In other words she does the best she can with her natural attributes and then exudes the confidence that she knows she is happy and satisfied with herself.
