i had slip disc since 02. visited 4-5 doctors till now but the pain HAS ALWAYS been there and doc never recommen surgery. done hrdro and physio. Cant run, swim etc . Is there any way to be as fit as before. Is disc replacement surgery a success and is it safe . only pple with knowledge on the subject reply .

If there is any possibility, stay without a surgery. You will have more problems later...

Actually there is a solution - go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The pressure on your spine will be reduced (better distributed), the your disc can recover completely. The effect is really amazing.

Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. Once in a lifetime, it's really worth travelling far.

i am having the same problems but i was told by my docter having surgery on your back mean more surgerys later on once you have it done you keep going back and your down more than need be they told me i would be down for a good 6 weeks if not longer and therpy for your back and stuff

my brother had same problem.i also have slipped disck and siatic nerve problem.i wore back brace for six months.i then felt better.my brother had traction.then surgery.his back is worse now than before the sugery.i woulndt recommend back surgery for you.unless thats the only hope your dr. has for you.

i dont want you to listen to me directly, but my mother had a slipped disc and her surgery did not help her, but her back is also a wreck, she literrallly has ropes in her muslces, meaning her muscles are ropes! DO NOT LISTEN TO MY ADVICE ALONE!!
