Having trouble with?

Can anyone tell me why I cannot hear out of my headset like when I play music from my cdrom??? I know the headset works!! Any suggestions? Plzzzzzzzzzz

Happened to me once. I had to reinstall the driver for the headset which worked fine on external players.

You might check to see if the audio cable is connected to your CD Rom (inside the case) and check your Audio properties in the control panel, see if the volume is up on that . . .
