The four most important anto-oxidant substances are Vit.A (in the form of beta caroten), Vit.E,Vit.C and Selenium.,of course..That is the best ,best workable solutions in fighting the free radicals in the body,respectively proven anti-aging agents. Those are the major anti-oxidants,sure there are a lot other substances ,which also have powerful anti-oxidant effect,most of them are derived from pure plants ,etc. Good luck!!

Vitamin C, vitamin E, beta carotene(vitamin A), selenium? The best forms of these are vitamin C with bioflavanoids or ester c, natural vitamin E, preferably with mixed tocopherals (I hope I spelled that right). Selenium works with vitamin E so they go hand in hand. Also grape seed extract, citrus bioflavanoids, red wine extract.
