The best method of natural family planning is the Billings Method (http://www.woomb.org). It is 99% effective when used correctly.
There is also a the Standard Days Method, developed by Georgetown University, that uses a "collar" with colored beads. It's called Cycle Beads (http://cyclebeads.com/).

Talk to either an gynocologist who can give you some advice on what to eat, or what not to eat; how to exercise and when to know its enough; and they can even help you with a calender to help you plan accordingling.
Or you can talk to a coucilour on that department. Im sure they will have multiple charts and proven ways for a successful family.
Just remember, talk to professionals, talk to friends who have had natural births and what they did and pick up a book or two on the subject. It may help.
My sister said that she got help concieving after they had intercourse by thrusting her hips off the bed for 10 minutes or more. (She claimed gravity helped :)) Hasn't worked for me but may for you :)

Yea, it is called the rhythm method, the Catholics have been using it for decades. The only thing it guaranteed was that you could have one baby every 9 months!

Be prepared to have a handful of things to do. Worry about your children the most though.
