Yes. If you have a digital tuner then you can pick digital signals right out of the air using an antenna just like with analog. All you need is supported software to view it whether it be Windows Media Center or Beyond TV or whatever other program the card comes bundled with. I have a FusionHDTV card in my system that I use specifically for this and it works great.

"Fuzzy" reception is usually due to a weak signal.

Install a better (higher gain) antenna and install it as high as you can.
