When a mah urinates a foam usually forms on the top, what is the cause of that and what does it mean if it doesnt happen for a while?

Although foaming of urine is a very non-specific thing, one possible cause may be that you are spilling proteins in your urine. You can ask your physician to do a analysis for microalbumins. Are you diabetic?
