Depends on your school.
You are better off asking these questions to someone who goes to the public school you are asking about.
Its been a few years since I was in 7th grade, but if I remember correctly: no one checked my notebooks, certain tests had to be signed but that was up to the individual teachers not the school, and I think I did have home ec in the 7th grade.

Some teachers do yes. But just for that class. They check to see if you've been doing the work and/or been copying the notes to makee sure you haven't been slacking off. Same with the test that just with some teachers. I don't believe they have a Home Ec. in middle school in high school yes unless that middle school that you're going to is a rich school. Later G!

1.somtimes they check the notebook becuase they see tag around and they want to reffer to the writing in the notebooks.
2.What do you mean sign the test? Put your name on it? Well you do have to turn them in.

Depends on the teacher if they check your notebooks.
I never had to get my tests signed & returned unless it was for extra credit or something.
I had home ec. I don't see why you wouldn't.

YEP WE HAD IT ALL I WAZ 7TH GRADER LAST YEAR BUT ONLY I TEACHER CHECKED OUR BOOKS TWICE AND ONLY 1 TEACHER MADE US GET OUR TEST SIGNED
