The first & most amazing difference is when the Preambles were written. The United States was ratified in 1788 & has never changed. India's was ratified in 1950. Canada's was ratified in 1980. The United States says ( every American should be able to repeat it - I have taught it to many soon to be Eagle Scouts)
" We, the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquality, provide for Common Defense, promote the General Welfare and secure the Blessing of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constititution of the United States of America."
Ours was written before the Liberals had influence, so it is pretty straight forward. They left the constitution to give details & we have never changed the Preamble.

The India talks of Justice, economic, political, liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship. Equality of status, opportunity, assuring dignity of individual.
They were trying to end the caste system - not successful as yet.
Hope they become successful.

The Canadian
1- With help from God be free & self governing

3- One country founded on Democratic foundation
4- English & French langauge are official language (pick a language - any language)
5- Basic civil, human & language rights ( they have a language issue)
6-Authority of Provinces
7- Parliment's only purpose is to give happiness, fulfullment to each & all of us. ( this is bad reason for a law making division of goverment - you can not make everyone happy except in a 60's drug flashback)
