Every time you take a shower use a loofah and massage the are a little hard, not very much because you can get irritated, but after a few weeks you will note the difference

Drinking lots of water and when you are finished with taking a bath, pat dry your skin and massage your legs, arms, butt, stomach. Also light weight traning helps.
