I drank too many cold drinks, and I have a bad fever and flu right now. How to cure this naturally (I don't want to take medicine)? Thanks.

Ok, no medicine... Here is an efficient solution:

- Take a bottle of whisky and a hat and go to bed;
- Place the hat at your feet on the bed
- Drink, drink, keep drinking... keeeep driiinking
- When you see 3 hats you shall stop drinking.

The next day you have a terrible hangover, you are sick but at least you know why... and the flu is gone...

More seriously have a reasonnable drink (whisky or equivalent) before going to bed it will kill the flu very quickly.

What are the causes of the flu?

The Flu (Influenza) Viruses

Influenza viruses are divided into three types, designated A, B, and C. Influenza types A and B are responsible for epidemics of respiratory illness that occur almost every winter and are often associated with increased rates of hospitalization and death. Influenza type C differs from types A and B in some important ways. Type C infection usually causes either a very mild respiratory illness or no symptoms at all; it does not cause epidemics and does not have the severe public health impact that influenza types A and B do. Efforts to control the impact of influenza are aimed at types A and B, and the remainder of this discussion will be devoted only to these two types.

See site below where Mark Twain tells how he cured all flu in 2 days with fasting. Your immune system could keep you from getting flu if it wanted to. But Americans over eat and under sleep hurting the body's health. And they won't take off work.

So body allows flu to come in to FORCE you to eat a lot less and to get a lot more sleep and rest. So this is your vacation and time to nurture your health. See what 8 MDs say about fasting at below site. Give the body what it needs and it will give you what you want. I fast and never get colds or flu (pre-emptive strike). How is that spelled?

Flu is a virus and can not be treated with a prescribed medication. Take tylenol for the fever and drank several glasses of orange juice as it will help your immune system to fight the flu and go back to bed and get lots of sleep.

flu can't be cured!

It is a virus that has to complete its life cycle before it dies.
The life cycle of this virus about 5 - 10 days.

However, taking some tablets may reduce its effect.

Cheers.
