this guy keeps saying hi 2 me and smiling at me
i brought a new top the other day
he was looking at the floor as i walked in the room he looked stright at me for a few seconds then looked away
and everytime he looks at me i can sense somthing and i dont know wot it is and i found out that he living about 5 mins away from my flat and he gave me that hint on my birthday so can any1 help cause i feel confussed does any1 think he fancies me i hope u can understand my question

I would say that he likes you....And he is probably as shy as you are. The next time he says hi, perhaps you can add a little more to the conversation and ask him something...........ANYTHING!
Like his name, and offer yours.
