That depends on what level of volleyball we are talking about...
Women's pro beach... Misty & Kerri all the way!
College... Stanford or USC
High school... Whatever school I am coaching for @ the time & St. Francis H.S. in Sacramento, CA (where I went)... They won their 1st state title last season. (my brother is a coach there.)
Club... Whatever club I'm coaching for.

For the woman team, definitely China team.
Their strategy is really complex and diversify. Compare with Russia or USA, they just focus on the power strike in no.4 position. Quite dull.
Besides China, Brazil is also one of my favourite. They are really dynamic in the court.
Italy is another option because they got the most beautiful players in the world.

Love the U.S. team, but they aren't the best. The best team right now is between Brazil, Russia, and China.
The Russians are like 7 feet tall!!! Whoa!
