I am going to a Hot Tub party. I have been working out for a while. I am now lean with a small six pack-however it is not always visible because it is small. Does anyone have advice on a weight-lift workout or any workout that would buff me up for a little bit? It needs to get done within the next few hours.

Diet and work-out.
The sx pack is there but you need to get rid of the fat.

I REALLY don't recommend this...but

Put on a couple of layers of clothes. Like T-shirt with a sweatshirt on top. And a pair of basketball shorts with sweat pants over them. Wear two pairs of socks and a beanie.

Go to the gym and do 45 min of cardio. Or go running RIGHT NOW for about 45 min. Just be careful when you are doing this......if you feel like you are going to pass out STOP!!! Because this is not exactly the safest way to do things, but it works.

This will help you lose about 1-2lbs of water weight. Which will make your six-pack more visible. At least during your hot tub party.

But before you get into the hot tub.....drink some water so you won't dehydrate.

Do the basic weightlifting exercises doing low reps with highe weighs. But this will take while. Don't expect amazing results overnight. It take time.
