Cuando is correct, Quando does not exist in Sapinsh. It is also correct in Mexico, Argentina, and some other South American countries where the language is basically Spanish.

I think you should already know this since you have "Spanish connections" ;-)
The spelling in Spain is "cuando", and I'm 99.9% sure that it is the same in South America and Mexico. I really doubt they'd write it with "q", but you never know....
If I'm not mistaken, it is in Italy that they write it "quando". And also in Portuguese is spelt the same way.

as Tishad has mentioned quando it is correct in Spanish or Mexican, i should like to add that the same spelling is used in Portuguese and Italian...
Manny of the words we Latin use are very similar or equal to one another...

In Spanish it's CUANDO-when. There is no other way to write it in that language. The differences in Spanish words are mostly pronunciation, not grammatical.

It is Cuando in Catalan (that's Spanish, it's the usual one taught in England.) but I guess it might be different in other similar languages.
