While "officially" their branch offices do not fill orders to individuals, if you write a polite note to the printery in Wallkill, NY they usually fill personal requests for reasonable quantities (from the past few years only). Consider including a donation, although that is not necessary. You can write to this address:

Most Jehovah's Witnesses use software called "Watchtower Library on CDROM" but that is only available to baptized Jehovah's Witnesses and only includes the text (no illustrations) of articles. If that serves your needs, just phone the local congregation and ask that someone print the article(s) of interest and deliver them.

the quickest way would be to contact your local kingdom hall. anyone there will be glad to help you with obtaining the literature. And, there will be no charge for it of course.
