Hi, I recently joined a company, the administrator is suppose to give me locker key to keep my personal things in the office, to provide me coupon for my meals, I have been asking to him for several times, he does not respond to it, how do I deal with it. I can complain this to higher officials, but then I don't want to make a mess here, as I'm new in this office, what shall I do?

You could try asking again, and also say that if he can't help you out with the locker and coupons, is there anyone else you can ask? That might just jolt him into action.

But if not, then complain to a higher level. Explain you don't want to have to do this, and that you appreciate everyone is busy, but that you really need your locker and coupons. Maybe that will let everyone know you are serious about doing things the right way.

But if you don't stand up for your job rights, you may always get pushed around. Good luck.

Dont go over his head to his superior. This will only make him mad and he is higher up on the career ladder than u are.
Ask another worker how they got the supplies they needed? If they had to go through him then go and ask him again for what you need. Perhaps he forgot. Perhaps there is a language barrier and he is not understanding you.

Hang in there Mr.Bush... You only got 18 more months to go!!!! Really though, the title "Administrator" usually isn't given out for nothing. Communication is the key here and once you get your point through I'm sure he or she will make it happen.

Talk to his or her administrative assistant. Perhaps they can help you with this process. Also, ask other employees how they went about finding their way. Good luck.
