I was 14, I thought I was grown up enough, but in retrospect, I'm probably still not old enough to handle it. Think hard before you do it. And even if you have already lost your virginity, that doesn't mean that you have to continue w/ a promiscuous lifestyle.

I was 15 when I lost mine. I recommend waiting though. If you start early it only causes problems. Just be careful and make sure you are ready and it's with someone that you care about and that cares for you also. You can't ever get that innocence back so be wise in making your decision.

for better idea keep your virginity until you got maried when you got maried lost if from your hasbend not with from boy friends.
