You could get the GIMP. I think it stands for gnu image manipulation program or something similar. It is a nice free image software, and you can do most of the things that you can do with photoshop, and it's free.

Ever heard of something called Lime Wire?
well,its has it.make sure when you finish downloading it you get it on a CD or else LimeWire might make your computer crash and you'll won't haf it after words
