actually the taste is like some crisps, but the form you see is different

I am sure you can if you try hard enough. Even the most moronic person can achieve their dreams if they keep working hard enough. So you go down to your local book store and get the little engine that could and you read it and I am sure by the end of next year you will be able to eat just like the Thai people.I wish you all the luck in the world.

Yes. Even the Americans/Australians eat it, in any form.Say like the centre of lolipops for ice creams, as boiled & fried.

The Chinese food(ie Chinese,Cantonese,Thai,Malasian)as all sorts of insects and reptiles, and they relish it.

The "Puffer" fish stands apart.It is very poisonous, and very few cooks in Japan have a licence to cook this fish.This delicacy results in about 250 deaths every year.Its not taboo, just a very
difficult proposition to find the fish,cook, and eater at the same time.
