First of all, the electrons in your body are not going light speed. Electrons just move according to the electromagnetic field in which they are found. Sometimes they are just sitting there. Sometimes they jump through the air as a static electric spark, or lightening.
Electrons have a negative charge and will repel each other if they come too close. When you walk on a carpet and get a shock when you touch something, it is because you gathered up some electrons from the carpet and they jumped off you when they had the chance.

If they are going at light speed, theoretically they must have no mass. Therefore if they collided, nothing would happen because any force created depends on mass and velocity.

Of course, electrons are merely a theoretical energy field that allow scientists to create a mathematical model of an atom, so they may not really exist.

Aside from the fact that they have very little mass, two electrons wouldn't collide anyway. They have negative charges, and like charges always repel each other.
