If I've been driving a long time, and I finally get home and run in the house and pee, that is pure heaven! But, sometimes, if you have one of those sneezes that starts, but doesn't finish (your nose is just all itchy), and this happens 6 or 7 times and then you finally sneeze so loud that everyone in the neighborhood can hear you, that's pretty satisfying too.
That being said, I think I have to go with the pee. The satisfaction lasts longer afterward.

I don't like a good sneeze when I am holding my bladder tight but its ok other wise. I would love a long piss any day over a good sneeze.

A long piss.
Sometimes a good sneeze feels great at first, then hurts your chest or pulls a muscle.
Pissing is just major relief!

a long pee b/c when i sneeze, i never sneeze just once. it's always like 10 bundled up into one m.f. crazy sneeze that makes me fly back and it glues my eyes shut for like 15 seconds. i feel light headed and woozy afterwards! they are horrible!

hahaha...nice question! I would have to say...a nice looong piss..You have to go bad and by the time you do....it's like that scene in Austin Powers when he comes out of being cryogenically frozen...and he's takes that nice long piss...ahhhhhhhhhhh!

well, i wouldn't want to have to chose between them.... but i guess a good wee -- you can hold in a sneeze, but if you hold in your wee -- well that's just painful.

actually both but if i still have to choose i would say that nothing compares to having a toilet around when you must go
