They smoke because they hate themselves and want to die. Isn't this why all of those who smoke do it?

I am a smoker. I wish I never would have never started! It's a nasty habbit. I started when I was 15 years old so I could look "cool" and be more like an adult. Now a days I feel ashamed to smoke. My son wanted to bring home a pet from school for the summer, but the teacher did not want the pet in my house because I am a smoker. She said if I smoked outside then we could take it for the summer. I knew I wouldn't stick with that and ofcourse my son was extremely upset. He doesn't understand the addiction.
Being a smoker is becoming more of hassle then a cool thing. A zoo trip with the kids was horrible for me. I couldn't smoke on the bus. As far as being at the zoo I didn't dare sneak a cigeratte, I had other childern with me.

People start off thinking it's cool and later on down the road, most of us regret it. My Dad once offered me $5,000 to quit. I had to quit for year before I got the money. I could use the money, but even that wasn't enough to make me quit. One would think I would quit since i have started my breathing treatments. Wow I am still young.

So for the ones who smoke I know what it's like.

For the ones who don't smoke, please don't ever start. The coughing and hacking in the morning sucks. Trying to breath sucks. Feeling tired all the time sucks! Meeting a cutie who don't smokes sucks!

As far as my teeth, yeah their not as bright as they used to be. I drink coffee too so that adds to it.

Some girls smoke because they think its cool they also smoke sometimes because their boyfriends push them into it. If they have a boyfriend that smokes more then likely hes gonna want them to smoke so the girls will say ok ill try it since their boyfriends are doin it and then the girl gets hooked on it or it could be their parents have smoked all their lifes so the daughter got into into it so there are many possibilites y a girl smokes she thought it was cool she thought she would fit in wit the crowd if she did her boyfriend pushed her into it or her parents got her into it

some girls and boys get started b/c they think it's cool and they need something to do with their hands. not just stand around stupidly. then they are hooked and CAN'T stop.

you should do what my grandmother did with us, and none of us kids smoke. Here are her reasons:

1) no matter how many times you bathe, you will still stink
2) you get wrinkles before your time
3) your skin gets leathery and old looking by 30
4) your lungs turn black

go for the vanity angle, espeically with girls. i think that works best.

I smoke. I am also a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. Cigs are the worse! do not take lightly the power of the cig addiction.Do not judge. If you do not start that is the best.

people who smoke look like fish. it is so disgusting to look at someone with a little white tube sticking out of their mouth.
