A company conducted a job fair in our city and i partecipated..Luckily i have passed the initial ,the exam and final interview...the interviewer told me that i should compile some requirements and wait for their call after 1 month...we also shake hands and he also told me congrats.....my question is that am I really accepted or thier is still a chance that the interviewer just say those thing so it will not make me feel bad and dissapointed.....what should i do? please help ....

Coming from me, i interview applicants too. There's a huge chance that you were accepted if the interviewer already asked you to complete some requirements..

by now the people that ran the job fair found what there looking for you may have ended up as number 2 or 3 on there list chocese , if the other people don,t work they go to the next in line , don't keep waiting on them keep looking

Don't rely on "congratulations" as an answer to the job. Nothing has been written in stone yet. Keep searching and interviewing.

I think you're very nervous, and the wait is killing you...just relax and stay positive...you passed, he congratulated you, and told you to compile some requirements.......they wouldn't bother to tell you that if they are not interested now would they?

Seriously, call him back and say you are entertaining job offers from several other companies. Ask him if there's anything you should know prior to making a decision.

don't be so hard on yourself keep your self-confidece and wait the month for the call remember you were not the only one they interviewed hang in there they will call
