Yes,in general both you name are relatively good..The best breakgast (I prepare alone ) and it's prety easy again contains cereals. I make a home musli,without any additives or artificial aromas..and is very healthy start of the day..Well,I mix some oats,and other cereals up to your choice,with small amount of nuts and dried fruits,at times I add also some fresh fruits. If you like you can eat it with milk or yogurt..Enjoy!

Some breakfast cereals probably are - just avoid the ones with high sugar content. I suppose that means Cornflakes are in, but Rice Krispies are out.

I think not. Cornflakes and rice krispies are way too much loaded on sugar to be healthy for you. Try whole-wheat or whole-grain cereals. Brans are a good alternative too. And you should also try putting fresh fruits like bananas or strawberries or dried fruits like raisins, craisins, or dried blueberries. They taste great. And of course, don't forget the milk. Low fat will do

Cornflakes and rice krispies are obviously almost completely without nutritional value. You need to add milk and (if pos) fruit to get some goodness. That's why the makers show pictures on the box of fruit put on a bowl of their rubbish.

They are junk foods. It is better not to eat it. Some of them are either too salty or too sweet which is harmful to the kidney. You will be healthier if you don't eat it. So just eat plain bread instead of it. Save your money and save your life.
