Worms, or the mama dog is not cleaning the pup.
Try to first stimulate the part where the dog goes potty.
Mother dogs are supposed to lick the puppy down there to make her puppies go to the potty - but, sometimes dont.
Hold the pups bottom under warm water and - this sounds gross... but, rub its "bottom" where it goes pooh. Try that for a couple of minutes. The pup should go potty.

Our mama dog had puppies a few months ago, and I had to do this to a couple of the dogs. Rude awakening. LOL! I just thought they automatically went. LOL - I was wrong.

Your puppy should go 10 -30 min after he eats. My wife works in a animal shelter, they had a puppy come in that only ate it never pooed, They had to have a surgery to open his butt. If his stomach is really big and looks like it is getting bigger. Go to a vet fast. Or at least call one for some advice.

If he isn't having stools, he may have an obstructed intestine and that will kill him. If he is having stools, but his tummy is excessively large, he probably has worms. Either way - TAKE HIM TO THE VET!

Sounds like a bad, bad case of worms and parasites. YOU NEED TO GET THAT DOG TO A VET.

He has worms, most puppies are born with them. He needs to be dewormed.

sounds like he may have intestinal parasites a vet visit is probably your best option.
