It hurts, I'm going through it right now and even if I think of 3903849 girls in the daytime, before I go to sleep she's the last one I think about. And it hurts to know that I can't have her.

But thats life. We need to move on, spend more time with your friends or family. Keep your time occupied with things to do. Don't talk, chat or in anyway communicate with that person. I know it's tough, but if you want to move on then thats the right thing to do.

Good luck, and remember: Anyone that is worthy of your love won't break your heart.

Keep that in mind and move on.

Healing a broken heart is difficult and varies with each person. Time is the best healer. With some people, hurts will "heal" relatively soon, but for others the healing may take years. Most persons lie somewhere in between. The most important single factor in getting over someone you have cared deeply about, is not dwelling on the relationship. If you do not have a hobby, get one; put your extra time into your work, go out with friends, talk about your feeling with a close friend, and know we are all capable of having more than one loving relationship. It may not seem likely, at first, but another person will come along eventually. For some people the relationship with a pet can help assuage the wounds made by a broken heart. Life goes on.

All I can say is that it takes time, and that you should pray on it. Ask god to give you the right guidance, and enough strength to get over your 1st love. You know they say that God will always send you the right person, and that one should never go searching for their own. So obviously that guy dumbed up, and didn't know what he had going, and a much better person will definetly come along, under God's accord. I promise that you will get over that sorry loser, and will be on the top of your A-game. For now, go out and shop, to the movies, bowling, out to eat, an amusement park, to go have fun, and if you're able to do this a lot, you will definetly start to feel better. Also, hang out with ur girlfriends, have every other weekends "Movie night," or "Spa night," have some fun, and live a little. I hope everything goes well for you, i really do.

im sure there gonna be several folks here offering some great advice but in the end it all boils down to time. Time heals all wounds. In the mean time, while waiting for it to heal, try to get your mind of thngs. Go out, hang with some friend, muzeums and artsy stuff, music. Whatever helps you disconnect from that hurt feeling.

By finding other distraction, and letting time do its work in healing you. When you are ready, begin other relationships. You should not be discouraged by a few bad apples.

Spend time with your friends and don't think about your ex. Eventually, revist some of the places you've been so that you won't end up bursting into tears months later. Eating junk food always makes me happy :)

I have had my heart broken before and i got over that. I didn't care i kept saying to myself...its his fault...he's missing out on me. Don't let it get to you. Soon you will get over.
