well thats not the tough job to do ........
MEDITATE for 20 min daily and in that very little time just forget everthing that u did in ur life {the gud,the bad}
and do yoga for half an hr or so that will help u a lot it relaxes the body make body feel fresh and more healthy
last but not the least
BELIVIE IN UR SELF-SELF BELIVE
IF U BELIVE IN UR SELF AND UR TRUE TO UR SELF AND TO UR HEART then my dear friend u can achive any thing that u want in ur life
dont compare ur self with others
u have to com to know abt ur own capbilites and ur power
if u compare ur self with genious thn u are lost in this world
luk einstein did nt became famous in one day

I have an academic background in theatre and had to memorize quite a few lines. I quickly found that I could commit more things to memory afterwards. So, my advice would be to join a drama club or at least commit a few poems to memory. It will help.

Also, avoid substance abuse. Alcohol and marijuana impede memory.

Early morning is the best time to study, more important healthy food, onion contains the essence for better memory, and peace of mind is equally important..

put your mind to it but dont think to hard, do your work in a quiet place maybe with some classical music or something, eat lots of fish lol its good for the brain or have a regular dose of vitamin tablets... i also heard once you could use stress as an advantage to revising, try it.

Ritalin will help with your concentration. Ask your doctor about it if you are having problems focusing.
