It may be you have what's known as Diverticulitis, where your intestinal tract becomes inflamed and irritated because of stuff like small seeds. Do you ever have problems eating any other foods with seeds? If so, I'd go talk with a doctor about it, and reduces/remove seeds from your diet.
Otherwise, it could have been because you didn't wash them- always wash fruits before you eat them because more than likely, they still have traces of pesticides on them. Running them under water doesn't clean them well enough, try to find a scrub brush and a fruit and vegi wash. I have a link for one below

It may not even be an ulcer. Have you been diagnosed? You may be allergic to them or have what is called diverticulitis It is where when you eat anything that has seeds gathers in a pocket in your colon. I'm not sure about specifics of this disease. My mother has this and it is very painful. Please go to Dr. and record all food you eat for at least 2 weeks and see if you have any problems with other seed food. Luck, Health to you.

You could have diverticulitis (little out-pockets in the intestines where seeds get trapped and cause infections). Do you get pains like these when you eat other things with seeds like tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, bread with seeds like rye or sesame seeds? Or you could be allergic to the strawberries. Ask your doctor.

Some people cannot stand several kinds of fruits. You should go to the doctor and talk about these pains. After that, he can tell you which fruits you can eat.
