You can buy "full body flush" kits at most vitamin stores. I don't know that fasting is the best cure for detox. When using these kits, you can drink fruit juices, eat small amounts of chicken, and drink vegetable smoothies. I've done it twice now and it takes a week. The first two days are uncomfortable, but the third day, I was back to work.

I've successfully done an orange juice fast. You drink nothing but pure orange juice, all natural, not from concentrate for 10 days along with as much water as you like. I not only lost 10 lbs at the end of the 10 days, but I cleaned my body out so I could start fresh on an all vegetable diet. I cannot say enough about how fresh & wonderful I feel. I now consume all vegetables, fresh juices, and have more energy at 41 than I had at 25!
I say, try it! You've got nothing to lose but weight!!

Drink water, light fresh juices (lemon,ornage),eat carrot,cucumber, tomato...etc.
Also u can go for shopping, watch Diet programs on the T.V. which will encourage u.

There's a tea that you can get at GNC for like 30 bucks that will totally clean out your system of any toxins. I forgot what it's called, but it will make you pee a lot. Have fun! lol!

Ice cold water curbs the appetite. Pour a glass of very cold water, and sip slowly. If that doesn't help, I don't know.

Get a rounded little stone, the ones you find on a beach and suck on it like a sweet, and your hunger feelings will disappear ofter a couple of minutes!

this looks weird, but it works (or so i have heard). stick your fingers in your ears and use your thumbs to massage the bone in front for your ear, it is a pressure point for hunger.
