You can't control exactly where your body will lose weight. Exercising a specific area of the body only tones the muscles in that area underneath the fat. You have to have a sensible diet combined with exercise to reduce the total amount of body fat, some or which will be in the stomach area.

What you did 2 weeks ago will help you today and on and on. Therefore the first 2 weeks is not only hard because your just starting, but your also creatint a habit. So to answer, you may lose weight depending on how many calories (energy) you take in during that week vs. how many your burning.

yeah, if you want to go for more then a week i would recommend 5-6 days of exercise and at least one day off

If you do it more than just a week -try it for about 3 months & see what happens

get one of those instant abs machines ,it will take more than a wk tho,and your diet is important,cut out those macky d,s and other junk.
