I know what you mean. You happen to look at the clock and more times it is 11:11. Don't know why that happens. For me it's 8:16, no kidding. People have an internal clock and maybe you have it in the back of your mind about 11:11 and your internal clock is just giving what you expect. I wouldn't worry about it. I really don't think it means much and no, your not nuts.

This happens to me, too.
At first it does seem really freaky...but there is an explanation:
"11:11" is a rather distinct set of numbers, very easy to recall. It does come up twice each day, but so does every other time. What is happening is that "11:11" sticks in your mind from day to day to day, while other less distinct times don't. As this happens you sub-consciously start to look for that time (not to mention on a digital clock 11:11 is very eye-catching) and make a mental note that you've seen it. If you were to start keeping a log of what time it was every time you looked at a clock, you would probably start to find other times repeated as well, but who remembers seeing, say "8:24" everyday?
This is the same "mind game" we play with ourselves that leads to things like nurses believing more babies are born on full moon nights than other nights. Studies show that there really aren't more babies born on those nights; it is really more that the nurses notice the full moon because it is so distinct, and those nights stick in their minds

Plug the clock in - or - install a battery: whichever is the power source it is designed to run from.
Doesn't anybody see that this clock is Not running. When he looks at it, and it says 11:11, doesn't mean that 11:11 is the true time, just the time that the clock says. It's 11:11 everytime he looks at it (no matter what time it actually is - because the clock isn't running).
Plug it in - or install a battery; whichever it takes. (or if it happens to be defective replace it with one that runs)

you look at your clock at 11 hrs :11 mins in the morning and 12 hours later at 11 hrs :11 mins at night that is why you see it twice every day. Funny I get the same!

Hey there, I am 43 and have seen either 11:11 or 1:11 every day of my life since I was about 16. It used to freak me out but I have since decided that its a comfort too me. Addtionally, I have heard from somewhere that that is the time that the angels sing in heaven. So maybe God wants me to sing with them, or listen. :)

Whenever all the numbers on the clock are the same, touch it for good luck and make a wish for whatever the numbers are. ex) 3:33 make 3 wishes. Not that anything will happen, but it's entertaining for about 5 seconds.

That's just luck,...or your subconscious (hope for a correct spelling) is "locked" to this hour. Couple of years ago I kept on calculating wether the time shown on the digital clock divides by 3. NON STOP!!!!! (divides by 3= digits sumed up divide by 3 e.g. 12:43 1+2+4+3=10 does not divide by 3) ,....it'll pass :)

Since it is a digital clock, you will see all times twice daily. (Even with an analog clock, actually). This is because time there is in the 12-hr mode instead of the 24-hr mode.
