Not sure how legal it would be. Maybe it needs to be another question. But could you do a raffle where everyone is a winner?

A friend of mine once organised and event and it was too late to get a licence to sell alcohol. So she sold raffle tickets and they were then exchanged for drinks like you mentioned. However, you might need to look into the legalities of this with your local city council and the local police.

Why not apply for a special events licence, you should have one for any public gathering and it can also include the sale of alcohol, under the new licencing laws. You do not need to be a personal licence holder to get one of these as long as you do not apply for more than 10 a year.

Depends on the state. I found info for Arizona, maybe it would be the same for the rest, I don't know. Here is the web site http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/licenseguide/licensecatalogdetail.asp?t=sel
You may be able to go to the city site and check it out. This one was for the City of Scottsdale. Good luck!

You could try alcohol free wine, but unless it is a private function in your own home you can not provide alcohol without a licence, you could also try making a fruit punch that would go down well

actually no longer Bruce. Jesus calls for Obedience to his Commandments. The Commandments are a transcript of God's personality. God is the author of his Holy regulation(Exodus 31:18). His regulation is a Revelation of God's will to mankind. to modify the regulation will be equivalent to replacing God. The Bible says "i'm the Lord thy God, i modify no longer." God Holy regulation is immutable. guy does no longer have the ability to modify God's words in any respect. we are obligated by ability of God to save his Commandments. The regulation of God is Holy, merely and reliable(Romans 7:12). The regulation of God is both eternal and customary and it really is been conventional perpetually(Romans 3:31). Jesus stated that he did not come to ruin the regulation(Matthew 5:17-18). Jesus magnified the regulation. He raised the intense moral regularly happening of the regulation at the same time as he lived between adult men. those who receive Christ into their heart and save his Commandments will stay perpetually at the same time as Christ returns the 2d time. particular be conscious: a million John 2:4 a million John 5:3 Revelation 12:17 Revelation 14:12 Revelation 22:14

the only thing you can do is to charge entry and then give each person a set number of 'tokens' with their entry ticket that can be exchanged for drinks. This would be the least hassle!
