WE all have our perceptions of what WE should LOOK like.

Why do you think your sister would say that about you? I have never heard of people cringing every time they see a "fat" person out in public.

If YOU think there is a problem, consult with your doctor. Make some changes in your life that YOU are comfortable doing. Do it for YOU, not for OTHERS!!!

SEEING your self in yet in a diverse way isn't the different of anorexia nervosa. although, anorexia nervosa frequently includes an element to physique dysmorphia, the place human beings think of they are greater than they are particularly. And sure, physique dysmorphia can circulate any incorrect way, the place human beings can think of that they are smaller than they are particularly. you're able to touch a therapist and communicate it with them; they are going to be authentic and trustworthy and might help inform you if there's a situation, and might then help you conquer it in the event that they locate some thing.

hey ignore what other people say, some people are just MEAN (this includes your sister). If you are happy with your size and feel that you are healthy then screw what others say. Everyone was not meant to be skinny. I am not. My whole family was not. My husband was not. But we are all very healthy happy and loving people.
