Okay first off as a guy I have NEVER talked about my penis at all I simply let the package be reviled to the women and I can say I will let my penis do all the talking if it is really needed it was given to me the size it is because that the way it is I am not going to try and make any LARGER then it is and lastly I know lots of friends who talk more about thier ball sacks then their penis and when they do talkabout their small penis or whatever they have it's only to up thier ego which means they have no confindince in thier own sh*t. I always tell my one friend who I so happen to work with that he has got to have a small penis because he is always trying to get his stuff agianst the women that work there and is kindda migit style in hight so he has got to have a small penis but overall it's because they are trying to be the biggest when they really know that it is small
