Just change the direction in which your head rests when you are sleeping . Try sleeping in the direction which will be perpendicular to the previous position .This will help in getting rid of all those disturbing dreams .
Take a good shower and meditate for a minute before sleeping .
And in case , you want to explore the dream world where else can you go but the Internet or the library . But do remember , all the info available is based on people's ideas . Nothing is scientifically proven .
Dreams are a virtual world . You gotta sleep to explore it :))

dreams can have great meaning and give you insight or they can be your subconscious letting information go. Go to the library and get 3 books on dream interpretation and you will get 3 different answers. Try to think about the dream and see if any of the details are significant to your life, and if they have any meaning. I once had a dream about signing a contract to go to high school for 12 more years, that was scary and it was in my Senior year of high school so it was a dream that pertained to my life.

I am one who believes that every dream has a message. If there is something that is troubling you or on your mind dreams play an important role and if you really want to know you can figure out the meaning. There are dream books that you can buy. For every dream that you can remember its important to keep a log of each one. Dreams can tell you a lot whether you know it or not. For instance if you dream about fish someone is pregnant, I have had this one.
The morning my mother passed away, I had a dream that my mother and my grandmother who was already deceased were standing next to my bed as I watched them turn away and go toward the window I had awaken and sat straight up in the bed and said to myself why am I dreaming about big momma (grandmothe who was already deceased). I got up and got a glass of water and went back to bed. It didnt occur to me later that my mother was with her and she was saying goodbye. It was about 8a that morning when I got up to get that glass of water. My mother passed away at home and the coroner indicated that my mother passed away about 8a that morning.

Even if dreams are to be believed, it could be no more real than our wakeful state situation. If we handle the wakeful state situations joyously, share joy and happiness around, the blessings of such people around would definitely guard us from the 'power' of such disturbing dreams. Experientially, you would cease to worry and even start enjoying such dreams as a good entertaining thriller (even when you are asleep, and no extra cost!) Good luck and best wishes.

Dreams are a product of your subconscious mind. They are not prophesies of the future or messages from God.
If you want to change your disturbing dreams, you need to seriously ask yourself why you are having them.
