At two thirty I had a banana and an ice cream sandwich. Is it too soon to have a peanutbutter sandwich?

At our age, dear granny, what does it matter? Eat whenever you feel like it. That is my motto.

Often if the snack is healthy. No ice cream sandwitch. Peanutbutter is ok evernow and then.

How about cottage cheese, tuna and crackers, yougret, fruit and vegies.

you shouldn't snack at all but if you feel compelled to eat throughout the day, think about eating 5-6 small regular healthy meals instead of the normal 3 large meals.

healthy snacks like dried/fresh fruits & veggies, yogurt, nuts, etc. are best.
