the hairs on my cheeks are kinda like stubble, so it's like i gotta shave it, but would waxing or any over-the-counter methods be better? that would eliminate the hairs and keep them away? or at least temporarily remove them without making them grow back harder or cause more hairs to grow on my cheeks? sorry for being wordy but i'd really appreciate advice! thanks

You can feel at ease with the fact that most people do have some unwanted hair on their face during their lifetime.
But, if the hair is dark and grows quickly, you may want to take a trip to your gynecologist and be tested for a "female" condition called Poly cystic Ovarian Syndrome (or PCOS). This condition is a hormonal imbalance in females that can cause excessive growth of hair on the face, chest, and other body areas.
Whether you have PCOS or not, shaving your face is NOT a recommended course of action. The biggest reason is that people can tell! Women aren't supposed to have stubble on their faces like men get, and that is what happens when you shave.
If waxing or lotion hair removers are not helpful, try a good pair of tweezers. A quicker solution is to have the hair lasered off permanently. It is a bit spendy, but it lasts a lifetime and you only have to have "maintenance" appointments once in a while,
Good luck to you and I hope you find a solution that works for you. Have a great day and God bless you and yours!

If I didn't get my chin and top lip waxed every once in a while, I'd be earning good money as the bearded lady!

If you want something permanant though, either have laser (it takes a few sessions, but the length of the hair doesn't matter too much), or Electrolisys (also takes a few sessions, and you need to have the sessions regularly, not every once in a while, or it's worthless - this is kinda painful though, as they litterally insert a needle into the hairshaft - ouchy!)

Well, sad to say, I have this same problem, and I'm a girl. I have a little white hair that grows on my chin. What I do is pluck it with a pair of tweezers. It takes it several months to grow back, and by the time it's long enough, I pluck it again. Unfortuantely, there's not miracle cream to keep hair gone. It will always come back, but plucking it will keep it gone longer than shaving.

Wax them! The hairs will grow thinner the next time and if you continue to wax, they'll just stop growing. Best of luck.

look i have a few on my chin. They started in high school. So i pluck them. MY gf waxes them. IT depends on what you like 0r can afford. Tweezers cost about $4.00 at the beauty supply store. Well, waxing is more money.
