If I were you I would go to your local library or on-line and read in the Physicians Desk Reference. It will list everything you want to know, such as dosage, uses, ingredients and adverse reactions. If you do not fully understand go to your local pharmacist. After you have this knowledge go to your pediatrician and have a long conversation. They will not answer your questions until you ask them. Please ask why she needs her teeth pulled at such a young age. If your doctor or pharmacist doesn't take the time you need then find another one.

In medical records.Doctors will know she had an allergic reaction .It may not be worded as allergic reaction but doctors will see where cpr and intubation was performed on her, they will see where she was given these drugs right before and will know not to give these again. The problems with medical records is that us ordinary people do not look at them in the same way as doctors do.Doctors look at what was done and look at what happened before that caused this and they know not to do it again. The other problem that we do not understand is that doctors have no way of knowing if you are actually going to have an allergic reaction until it happens, then all they can do is try to counter act the reaction and try something else.Another reaction other medications could happen again,There is no way of knowing until it is tried and again everything could be fine.I do not mean to sound rude but In a situation where medical attention is needed and there is no way around it,then this is a chance you have to take. This is why the hospitals want you to sign a bunch of papers before any kind of surgery is done.

Good luck and I will keep you in my prayers that everything works out
