FYI: fruit is not filling to me for some reason....any other suggestions?

carrot sticks
unsalted popcorn (try it with Mrs. Dash)
raisins
nuts
rice cakes
fruit

Carrots.

Trail Mix, those are great for energy and you can customize it and even have bits of chocolate in it. Just not too much.

Also, drink water first, you may mistake thisrt for hunger.

Gum. Just chew it, not eat it.

special k bars are great and filling. Drink a glass of water with one, and you should feel full

believe it or not

beef jerky and pork rinds are better than potato chips

celery sticks and carrot sticks if you are dont mind the taste

Just eat small portions and eat every couple of hours. It is not what you eat, it is how you eat, Small portions.
