Um mm, well, is he a good guy? Maybe he is just joking to see how you would react. The average size of the male penis is 6in long, and that can be satisfying as long as the width is okay. Look, should this poor man suffer just because of what he was born with? Once married, you can improvise in the bedroom, trust me, I've had to do it before, and it's not all that bad. 5 in erect is slightly small if he's Asian , but if he's black its very small , but on the other hand its enough to give u pleasure , as all the sensitive areas are an the first 3 inches of a vagina .
hence, don't loose the guy if u love hin n if he's an inch smaller than normal.

I am surprised you would even ask that question here. I would be willing to bet that you are way too young to even be worrying about that. Who cares what society considers normal. There is no such thing as normal, only what's right for two people in a relationship. Stop worrying about size and concentrate on education. You'll have plenty of time when you grow up to worry about what's normal for you.

I think thats on the small side of normal. I read a book and it said normal is 5-7 inches erect.

i think the US avg is just below six
but dont freak thats not too small
and size when its soft is always around 3-4 inches. plus how old is he? guys can grow into their early 20's

Ok you may have heard that size doesn't mater , right ? Well you may have got that information from women who don't want to tell you the size of thier husbans or b/f 's penis . Normal size is what you want to live with , ok ! If he has less than a normal size and has a good job , you live with it .

for a white male, 5 1/4 inches is average... last i checked, which was a couple years ago. technically the vagina is only 3 inches deep, so its not like you need a lot to work with. sex can be great even with men with smaller penises. its all about adapting.

He sounds about average, maybe on the slightly short side of average. How old is he? Girth is the other measurement. If he is a teenager, things will probably get bigger. So don't worry.
