Yes there is!!!!! His name is Baha'u'llah, it is Arabic for "The Glory of God." His followers are Baha'is, I'm one of them .The Baha'i Era started in May 1844, Iran. Baha'u'llah is the New Name of the expected Messiah. He is Christ returned, with a new name, and he came "in the glory of God," all as promised.

Our Lord never breaks His promises!

There's so much I can post, but the best thing is to look at the official website of the Baha'i Faith, which is the first link. The others are also excellent, and Planet Baha'i offers proofs in its "Prophecies Fulfilled" page.

Check out the books, they are VERY resourceful. You will have no doubts! If you are a Christian, read "Thief in the Night: The Case of the Missing MIllenium" and "I Shall Come Again: Time Prophecies of the Second Coming." If you are a Muslim, read "Islam and the Baha'i Faith." All of these references, along with others, are listed below.

Don't believe me? Take a looksie!

Depends how we look at it!
Usually, prophets are declared many years after their death and when some of their prophecies come true! Does this make anyone prophet? NO!!!!!
Why? Because every time, everyone claims that something will happen in the future. All possible outcomes are there, said by someone! Then, when something happens, we see that this or the other person had told it! And we say: Oh! this is the prophet! In other words, all these who are called prophets, especially those who claim they were inspired by any kind of god, they are liars! The ones who have study the situations and foresee based on educated and progressive extrapolation, we could understand they were some kind of genius!

I am the Prophet of the Great Day of Reckoning.

For reals. I am writing a book called, "C'mon, I'm serious, take your clothes off for me". It's due out in late July.

I would like to mention a few of my prophecies. For the rest, you'll have to buy the book.

1. One day, rivers will flow from the mountains down into the valleys below.
2. Men will say dumb things and women will laugh at them.
3. A ball of ice will be thrown at someone, somewhere and that person will have a little cut over her left eyebrow. It will sting, but it won't be a serious injury. No stitches.

See how specific some of my prophecies are? I'm very good.

I believe that if there ever was a prophet, there are some today. God probably has not quit talking to us and some people are probably a whole lot more sensitive to what God has to say the I. Some of the things I read are so delightful, so remarkably different in perspective that I think the thought must have been divinely inspired.

Yes. Maitreya of the Mission of Maitreya! He has fulfilled more Prophecies than any Prophet before Him. He brought a new Revelation called The Holiest of the Holies, The Last Testament.

Briefly explained: all religions of the world have been sent by God. Each religion or group of religions brought a spiritual message. Put these messages together and it forms a path back to God.

There were seven major religions but also smaller religions are part of Gods plan as they fall into the category of one of the major spiritual messages.

Soon after the death of Muhammad pbuh, there were many false prophets and no one evr had any impact, infact now you dont find the follower of any of them. So its not that simple to become a true prophet. Only true prophets have greater and ever lasting impact on humans which no false prophet ever had.

Nope. Not like you would expect.
God used prophets before He sent His only begotten Son Yeshua Christ Jesus. He, Jesus for filled everything that was spoken in scripture ending the need for future prophets.

Jesus Christ is the alpha and the omega. The beginning and the end. He, Jesus Christ is the Word of God so there is no need for anything or anyone else.

Good question though. Seek prophetic reading in God's Word daily.

Pretty much every religion has said, for many centuries, that there shall be no new prophets....

However, prophet mostly just equates to charismatic leader (charisma in the literal definition)

Yes.

7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.
8 To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,
9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit,
10 to another miraculous powers, to another _prophecy_, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues and to still another the interpretation of tongues.
11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.
