What do you expect to find here? A miracle cure to shyness? Well the only way to break through being shy is to not be shy and it takes practice. I'm saying this from experience. Its hard but so was learning to walk or learning to talk. Get off your buttt right now and walk over and talk to him or give him a call. What are you afraid of? rejection? well how can you possibly know 100% sure that he's not gonna talk to you. The only way to get what you want is to go out and try to get it, its not just gonna land on your lap.

Either you can straight out ask him or just pay close attention to his actions. I dont know how old you are, dang I wish I knew. I dont want to tell a really young person to do this, but hey if you feel you have the chance to kiss him....lean over and do it. You will then find out if he likes you back! Good luck

well i am shy too. and everytime he tried to tlk to me i didn't say ne thing. cuz i was shocked... but then i got his # and i figured out tlking over the phone didn't make me as shy as tlking in person. so now we might go out. so just ask for his # you know. or ask him to hangout wit you sometime. im sure if you get over the shyness like i did everything will work out for the better. i hope it works out. and you never know maybe he likes you too but is just too shy also. so maybe he is thinking you don't like him cuz you never try and talk to him. thats what the guy thought that i like when i never talked to him. so take a swing at it and you never know you might not miss. take a chance or a few cuz some people say we only live once. so live life to its fullest and take chances. you never know if you never try. i hope the best for you!!!
